Lovely clean room with a nice view shower was great and staff are amazing especially Demi on reception she made our stay a beautiful one. It was my birthday and she put wine and glasses in our room with a little box of chocolates a really kind and beautiful thing to do. We ordered breakfast to our room on the morning we where leaving and it was a little late arriving but Andrew arrived with a beautiful breakfast for us and apologised for it being late, it was the morning after Valentine’s Day and the hotel was very busy but Andrew couldn’t apologise enough and he later called to our room with a bottle of Prosecco which he personally bought for us to take home what amazing staff you have at this hotel I cannot praise them enough our stay here was a wonderful one and we will definitely be back. Thank you ❤️

Went for a special weekend, we got engaged. Hotel is in a great location for Liverpool 1 the Albert Dock and the attractions around are all within walking distance. Staff very welcoming room was clean and warm but the lighting wasn't great. Didn't get the river view we requested but it was a last minute request and the receptionist did look for us to check,we just climbed onto the balcony and could see the dock. Great view from the restaurant where we ate breakfast however we felt some elements of breakfast could have been better. Parking quite expensive. We paid quite a lot of money and feel one or two tweaks are needed to make this a true 4 star hotel. Had a lovely weekend though despite a couple of niggles.

Location is great; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the interior of the hotel is fantastic (though the outside of the property could do with a bit of an update and freshen up). I was upgraded to a Privilege Room so had the benefit of a great view of the Mersey and the Liver Building - the only issue with this was that there was heavy condensation between the double glazed and external windows so the view was somewhat obstructed, which was a shame. Good lighting in the bathroom and plenty of sockets throughout.

Louise

We really liked the location. Our room was really good value for money. It was clean and modern and had an amazing view. All the staff were very friendly and were very knowledgeable about the city. We were checked in by a male member of staff at 3pm 17/01. We received Prosecco on arrival, which was a nice touch, and even ended up getting a free upgrade on our room. I just wish we had a chance to have cocktails at the bar, but we had already booked somewhere at the docks for dinner.

Joanne

Nicely decorated and great view. Bed was very comfortable and while the bathroom was small it was again comfortable and perfectly functional, it had a bath which I very much liked. Room came with facilities to make hot drinks and the kettle was very clean, something I've really come to value after recent bad experiences in hotels. The hotel has a nice balcony where you can sit and have a drink that overlooks the docks which is very nice.
